I resent you saying that New York City is dirty. It is a nasty City with nasty people but not dirty. It is that way because our sanitation Department spends its time giving out tickets for things like not crushing cardboard and not for issues like people not curbing their doge and businesses and home owners leaving filth on their sidewalks because they are too lazy to clean it up.
